Freelance Webmasters - working from home

As we spread our network of web development services across the UK we are on constant lookout for good freelance webmasters. Our preferred HTML editing software is Dreamweaver or Frontpage, though we can often accommodate sites built in other software.

Most jobs are straight forward template-style sites of about 5 pages. To keep things simple, we do all the pre-production work in-house - like the scanning of logos, pics and text. We supply the job by recorded delivery on disk with full client instructions. We expect a turnaround time of one week maximum, though each deadline is agreed in advance.

You will be expected to undertake graphical adjustments (picture re-sizing or compression etc.), so a knowledge of at least one image editing program is essential. You will be responsible for correcting your own mistakes.

SUITED TO STUDENTS

Our Freelance Webmaster posts suit those with webmaster knowledge, who are either employed in a full-time job and wish to earn additional part-time income, or are in full-time further education. We generally pay a flat fee per site which roughly equates to £15 per hour.
