and Procedures
The Policies
and Procedures of 2000net.com explain and define the rights and
responsibilities of 2000net.com and it’s Agents. These Policies
and Procedures together with any other documents referred to herein
(together the Agreement’) constitute the entire understanding and
agreement between 2000net.com and the Agent.
1. The 2000net.com
Agent must:
1.1 Be at least
18 years of age (if an individual).
1.2 Have executed
and signed, together with any business partner, a 2000net.com Agent
application Form.
1.3 Be acceptable
as an Agent by 2000net.com
1.4 Carefully
read and understand these Policies and Procedures.
1.5 Have a UK
address at which they permanently reside and a UK bank account to
which all monies may be payed and have the right to work in the
UK
2. Conflicts
of Interest
While an Agent
for 2000net.com, the Agent may not participate in any other business
opportunity involving goods or services which compete directly or
indirectly with the products and/or services which 2000net.com offers
from time to time.
Except as stated
above, 2000net.com does not restrict the Agent from being concurrently
or subsequently engaged in any other direct selling or other trading
scheme
3. Status as
an Independent Contractor
Claims of Employment
Executives
are independent contractors, responsible for their own business
activities.
If you are
an employer, your personnel are your employees and will not, for
any purpose, be considered employees of 2000net.com. Agents are
not, employees or legal representatives of 2000net.com. Agents must
not represent in any manner that they are an, employee or legal
representative of 2000net.com.
Agents have
no authority to legally bind 2000net.com or its officers, directors
or employees to any obligation, or to make representations or warranties
on behalf of 2000net.com.
4. Contractual
Obligations
As independent
contractors, Agents are responsible for their own activities and
the amount of time and effort they choose to devote to develop their
2000net.com business, without direction or control by2000net.com,
and for any expenses which result from their business activities.
An Agent shall
not involve 2000net.com directly or indirectly in any contractual
relationships relating to their business. An Agent may not sign
any contract, rent or lease office space or equipment, open any
bank account, secure credit, cash any negotiable instrument, make
purchases or enter into agreements of any kind in the name of or
on behalf of 2000net.com. 2000net.com will not be liable for any
claims, damages or liabilities arising out of an Agent’s business
activities.
4.1 Reporting
of Taxes
Each Agent is
solely responsible for the payment of all Income Taxes, National
Insurance Contributions and Value Added Tax in relation to his/her
business and shall keep such records as are necessary to ensure
the proper assessment and payment of tax.
5. Executive
Rights and Obligations
5.1 An Agent
will operate in a lawful, ethical and moral manner and will use
his/her best efforts to promote the sale and use of the services
and/ or products offered by 2000net.com to the general public in
accordance with any guidelines issued by 2000net.com from time to
time.
An Agent is
to conduct himself/herself in a fair and business-like manner at
all times, and he/she shall avoid all discourteous, deceptive, misleading
or unethical practices, including, but not limited to, any disparaging
or derogatory statements about 2000net.com or it’s employees. Agents
are encouraged to keep accurate records.
The naming
of an Agent in any legal action in connection with their activities
as an Agent of 2000net.com, or any misconduct by a 2000net.com Agent
that 2000net.com considers to be detrimental to the good name of
2000net.com, its employees, products or services, will constitute
a breach of these policies and procedures and may result in suspension
or termination of the Agents position immediately and without notice.
5.2 Territorial
Rights
2000net.com
imposes no franchise or territorial restrictions on Agents with
regard to sales, promotion and sponsoring efforts, and each Agent
has the right to conduct business in any area in which 2000net operates.
5.3 Change of
Address
An Executive
must report any change of address by sending written notice to 2000net.com
6. Payment
Payment will
be made to your nominated bank account 1 month from the commencement
of the site. Any commissions from the deposit will be paid in the
first month’s payment
7. Marketing
Materials
Approval to
use the official 2000net.com logo may be given to Agents for use
on business cards, letterheads, envelopes or multi-media advertising,
including the Internet.
Any marketing
materials must be vetted by 2000net.com, prior to their use.
Executives are
strictly prohibited from representing 2000net.com in any public
media arena and, except as specified in the paragraph below, from
using any medium (including, but not limited to news releases, articles
and television, cable or radio talk show appearances) to promote
or publicise 2000net.com or its products.
7.1 Telephone
Procedures
2000net.com
prohibits Agents from answering the telephone in any manner that
may give callers a reason to believe that they have reached the
Head Office of 2000net.com Use of the 2000net.com name in telephone
number listings is also prohibited.
8. Conventions
and Trade Shows
Agents may
promote their businesses at conventions and tradeshows provided
they have received prior written approv8al from 2000net.com.
9. Amendments
Agents understand
that in order to maintain a viable marketing programme and to comply
with changes in laws or economic conditions, 2000net.com may modify
existing policies and procedures and provide rules and regulations
for Agents from time to time.
Such modifications
to the policies and procedures, will be notified to all agents by
email or post and will become a binding part of the Agreement with
the Agent.
10. Jurisdiction
English law
shall govern the Agreement and these policies and procedures and
the parties be accountable to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts.
